Payment Plans & Extensions
Payment Plans: We offer either a contract or partial payments.
Contract Payments
For a contract, you will have to have a total bill of $800 or more to be eligible for one.
Contact us and we will calculate your last year’s worth of bills then divide it up into a 6-month or 12-month contract. You will have to come into the office, discuss the contract, and sign it. We will give you a copy to take home.
You have to pay your contract amount plus your current bill every month. Failure to do so will result in being taken off the contract and possible termination.
Partial Payments
For partial payments, call in and we will discuss a partial payment amount for your bill. We will set up a date for you to pay the rest of your bill.
The date cannot go past the 20th of the current month. You must also pay on that decided day, or let us know if you need another couple of days. If you fail to pay on the selected day, then you are subjected to termination. For extensions, you will have to call the office and discuss an extension date.
It cannot go past the 20th of the current month, and you will have to pay the full amount. If it does somehow go past the 20th, you will still be penalized and must pay the amount plus the penalty. You must pay on the extension day that was set, or you will be subject to termination.
Billing Programs
In order to get on a budget, you must have your bill fully caught up and be with us for a year. These are only done in July, so please give us a call, and we will go through and calculate a budget plan for you.
You must pay this budget amount every month. If you somehow get behind, you will have to work on paying the back bill before next July.
