As of 10:18 AEP is out accessing the situation in clay. Clay is on a half phase. those who are affected by the one Phase Clay, Maysel Laurel ridge road, Hansford Fork, and Camp Run. Black Diamond is waiting on AEP to turn it back on. We do not have an estimated time. We do know they have crews in our are
5:08pm AEP has Shut down our system to repair the broken Cross Arm in Hartland. Once repaired power will be restored to those affected by the half phase power outage. Estimated for restoration 7:30pm 1-26-2026

Hansford Fork/Spread Hallow is currently being worked on by our Crew. I do not have an estimated time for this as of now because of how much damage occured.
